Time for an update!
Well i haven't been updating for a long long long while so i guess now would be an appropriate time.
Currently having my holidays now, nothing much really. Either i spend my days at home playing maple or out watching a movie or just browsing around. Spent the past 2 weeks or so however, looking around for christmas presents for people. Of course i bought myself a christmas present too. Dropped by Adidas with Joel to pay Cal a visit and also cause Joel wanted to get himself a jacket and i told him Adidas was having it's seasonal sale during the christmas season.
After much browsing i decided to buy a bag that i thought would look so much better and worth it than the one i saw in topshop despite the price difference. The bag i saw in topshop was of a classic design. Not made of leather but looked somewhat like it was. According to the guy it was made out of Poly-something-something which i couldn't really recall as it was too long.
In any case got a sling bag so i could carry light things around rather than having to drag around a haversack just to carry a few items. Joel bought himself a jacket too and he seems quite pleased with it.
Went down to suntec last friday to get the teddy bear that dear wanted ever since she first laid eyes upon it. At least i got her something that she likes and not some random gift that would not have any meaning to it. I thought it would be fast as i was kind of in a rush but the people there were either on drugs or having a sugar rush. They all talked in high pitch tones and kept asking me to do lame stuff. Like after they stuffed the bear skin i had to grab a small heart form a box they placed next to the machine and this was what iw as told to do:
"Take a heart form the box, hold it close to your heart. Make a wish, then blow the wish to the heart. And seal it with a kiss"
And what made matters worse was i had to do it in front of quite a number of people. I couldn't possibley say no because it's part and parcel of creating the bear so i just played along ^^.
Went for steamboat last Friday. It was a blast. We laughed like crazy. And we burned a hole in the first table we sat at. I think the fire was too huge and it the flame kinda flickered onto the plastic which caused it to burn and also much unwanted attention =.="
With christmas just over i can take a short breather. I'm not a person who likes to shop for gifts mainly because i'm not a very thoughtful person(am i?). Sometimes i get gifts that have no meaning. I got Jie a small snowglobe and i don't know what even made me think of getting a snowglobe in the first place o.o
Well i guess thats about it. I'm off to watch family guy. Chao~
